Professor Sergio Aguayo: Latin American Seminar

Mexico is haunted by organized crime. One of the most brutal was the cartel known as the Zeta. They were defeated in an offensive launched from 2010 to 2014. Professor Sergio Aguayo will explain the successful campaign differentiating the roles played by the government, society and the United States.
